Dianne Phillips-Flynn
Dianne has been the CTO for the Indiana State Teachers Association (ISTA) since 1996. Her responsibilities include the management of all voice, data, video applications and networks, web sites, graphics design, print center and mail operations. She is an Industry Fellow and Board member at Ball State University Center for Information and Communications Sciences. She is a “Fellow of the Year” and “Decade Fellow". Professional affiliations have included the Society of Telecommunications Consultants, the Indiana Telecommunications Users Association, International Organization of Women in Telecommunications, and the National Emergency Number Association and Women's Business Initiative, Inc.
