Lauren is currently an independent IT consultant based in Denver, Colorado. From 2005 – 2008, she worked for Accenture as a Business and Systems Integration Consultant specializing in Communications and High Tech, Network Services, and Next Generation Technologies. Lauren has over 5 years of experience in consulting for telecommunications and high tech corporations, as well as nonprofit organizations. Her realm of knowledge and skills include strategic business planning, business process improvement, requirements management, software design and development, testing and end-user training, program/project management, business intelligence, ETL technologies, VoIP, IPTV, and network technologies. Prior to beginning her career, Lauren attended Ball State University from 1999 – 2005, where she obtained a B.S. in Organizational Communications and a M.S. of Information and Communication Sciences. Lauren currently operates her own independent consulting agency where she provides business process analysis and improvement, as well as web design and online marketing strategies to her clients.
