Rachel Wentink is the Senior Director of Product Management for Interactive Intelligence
Rachel joined Interactive Intelligence in July of 1999, as Manager of the Americas-based Technical Support Department. Subsequently she relocated to France to direct the Technical Support and Education departments of their European, African and Middle East division. In 2005 she moved to Product Marketing/Management and is currently responsible for all of the product lines.
Prior to starting with Interactive Intelligence she held many different roles, including those of technical support engineer, knowledge manager, and manager of an IT team administering a CRM system for the Woolworth corporation, and manager of a Technical Education and Consulting Department with Software Artistry/IBM. She’s been involved in contact centers in one role or another for the past 19 years.
