Dr. Susan Klingel-Dowd is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication Studies, College of Communication, Information & Media.

She received an Ed.D. in Adult and Community Education from Ball State University. Susan’s research interests include organizational communication, training, and women in ministry. She is a certified Zenger Miller/AchieveGlobal trainer; and conducts a variety of communication and "train-the-trainer" seminars for corporate and nonprofit organizations. Her clients include the Center for Organizational Resources at Ball States, Ontario Systems, Lincoln Financial Group, Ball Corporation, ABB, Indiana State Board of Tax Commissioners and the Indiana League of Municipal Clerk-Treasurers.
